Ashwin Ajila is a multi-faceted professional and a pioneering entrepreneur who has used his innovative ideas and tenacious drive to create successful business endeavours. He is a chartered accountant articled and qualified from KPMG Peat Marwick, UK. He also started his professional career with a five year stint with them. This has helped him develop his entrepreneurial drive which led to the creation of a pioneering initiative in the field of formal higher education in India – iNurture Education Solutions Private Limited. iNurture is the reflection of Ashwin Ajila’spassion for education and his vision for ‘intelligently nurturing’ the abundant talent in India. Established in the year 2009, iNurture is now the largest private educational service provider of its kind in India. It strives to strengthen ’employability quotient’ across the complete spectrum of adult learning – from colleges tocorporate.On the formal higher education front, iNurture supports universities and autonomous institutions to offer new-age undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Recently, iNurture has forayed into e-learning under the iNurturePro initiative and into distance education also. iNurturePro certification programs help ambitious industry professionals to skill up in various new-age domains andaccelerate their career progress. Ashwin has been at the forefront of forging partnerships with universities, colleges and autonomous institutions of high repute and driving the organization’s growth over the years. Recently, he has roped in Galileo Education Network, Europe’s largest higher education group, for launching world-class undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Design, Digital and Management streams, in a campus of excellence that is being set up in Bengaluru, India.

R. Lakshminarayanan is an industry veteran with a reputed professional career backed by outstanding academic track record. One of the earliest employees of iNurture, he currently leads the New-Age Learning initiative at the organization. R. Lakshminarayanan brings in a unique mix of industry experience at top management levels as well as in-depth academic credentials of Course Design, Curriculum & Syllabus detailing, Content Creation as well as Teaching & Learning Pedagogy. An alumnus of IIT (Delhi) & IIM (Bangalore), R. Lakshminarayanan spent the first 10 years of his career in Retail Sales, New Product Development & Brand Management with Hindustan Unilever, International Best Foods & SmithKline Pharma. He then moved to Ogilvy & Mather Direct as the National Account Director with operations across Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai & Bangalore. He was soon promoted to head the Ogilvy office in Chennai. Then followed his stint at DDB Mudra Communications where he held several roles such Vice President – South, Chief Operating Officer (New Initiatives) & CEO – Mudra Marketing Services. He had been an Executive Director on the Mudra Board for over a decade by the time he moved out in the year 2008. He has the distinction of building the non-traditional business of Mudra into a large, profitable & rapidly growing SBU with over 2500 employees & over 100 prestigious clients. Since the year 2009, he has been with iNurture developing SBU’s focused on future employment opportunities as well as the strategic responsibility across multiple domains. On September 28, 2013, he was conferred the Guru Vandana award by the Honourable Governor of Karnataka, as one of 100 senior professionals across multiple fields. R. Lakshminarayanan is an Independent Director on the boards of Henkel India and Jyothy labs.

Education Technology and Higher Education Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Business, Academics and E-Learning. C.Shanath Kumar has extensive professional experience in Process Industries, Technology and Training companies, Academics and E-Learning in functions of Production, Technology, Sales, Training, Teaching and Research. He has held positions of leadership in organizations such as First Computers, Sonsie Technologies, TAPMI, Nitte Institute of Technology and Manipal Education, where he was instrumental in pioneering the initiative for E-Learning in Higher Education. He was part of initial MOOC groups and an active member of Technology for Teaching Global Group. A Technology in Learning Evangelist with several speaking assignments with ASSOCHAM, CII and EDGE, he has been featured in Digital Learning magazine. At iNurture, C. Shanath Kumar is responsible for innovation in curriculum, content, pedagogy and engagement in Higher Education.

Dr. Manoj Manuja is a technology evangelist and customer focused learning specialist. He brings with him over 23+ years of unique blend of Industry Experience and Academic Exposure in the field of Information Technology. His primary expertise is in the field of Data Science, Big Data Technologies and Cloud Computing, with globally recognized certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), IBM and Microsoft. Working as Vertical Head – IT @ iNurture, he is responsible for academic excellence across 25+ campuses and over 140+ class rooms all over India, including Centres of Excellence (CoE), Technology Experience Centre and Industry Co-Branded Labs etc. His current focus @ iNurture is to design new I.T. programs (UG/PG/Certifications) based on deep insights of emerging industry requirements for example Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Dev-Ops to name a few. His last assignment was at Infosys Limited as Principal – Education & Research and Lead – Big Data Competency Development Team, where he was responsible for the business strategy to address the short-term needs and long-term goals of the organizational competency development in the field of big data analytics and data science. He was responsible for the competency development of 10000+ Infosys global employees on Big Data and Cloud technologies. He has authored / co-authored 19 research papers published in SCI Indexed / IEEE / Journals of repute / International Conferences.

Feature Film VFX Credits include Resident Evil- After Life, Hanna, Burlesque, A Dangerous Method, Three Musketeers, Leafdel advt . Technologists specializing in 3D stereoscopy and original IP’s include Hampi, Yeti, Birds colony and Super sect man. Successfully designed and implemented an effective production training and development program for XDI training vertical at Anibrain thereby exposing students to cutting-edge Hollywood technology. Dinesh Kulkarni has Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from Bharthiar University and Advanced Diploma in Multimedia Technologies from Pentamedia.

Dr. Vinod Kumar Murti is an Industry turn academician who has a vast experience of 17 years in Engineering Industry and 10 years in academics. During his Engineering career Dr. Vinod Kumar Murti had served organizations like Wesman Halverschidt Forgings Ltd., LML Ltd., Roto Pumps Ltd., and Madhusudan Nippon Ltd. He had been to Germany and Bahrain for professional assignments. Dr. Vinod Kumar Murti is at present associated with iNurture Education Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore in the capacity of Academic Head and Mentor – Financial Services and Business Analytics. Prior to his present role he was associated with Dr Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research, Kanpur as Area Head – Finance. He has been teaching subjects like Security Analysis and Portfolio Management and International Financial Management. Dr. Vinod Kumar Murti was awarded Saraswati Sewa Puruskar by Lions International Club, Kanpur in year 2008 for his significant contribution in academics. He has won Second Prize in Best Doctoral Paper Competition in AIM’S 10thInternational Conference held at IIM-Bangalore during 6-9th January 2013. Besides the domain of Finance, Dr. Vinod Kumar Murti has a special passion towards Data Analytics and he is currently engaged in writing a book on Multivariate Data Analysis. IBM has authorized him as a Certified Trainer for IBM-CEBT (Career Education for Business Transformation) in the area of Predictive Analysis. Dr. Vinod Kumar Murti loves to share his knowledge about SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) and conducted several workshops/FDPs on Data Analysis through SPSS. His research interest lies in developing ‘Corporate Bankruptcy Prediction’ models using advance Data Mining tools like Neural Networks, Adaptive Boosting, Random Forests, Fuzzy Logics, Support Vector Machines and Genetic Algorithms. Mathew Anthony is Academic Head – Marketing Leadership & Innovation at iNurture. Till recently, he was Head – Direct Marketing Communication at Aimia at their India operations. Aimia is the world’s largest loyalty management company with programs like Nectar in UK, Aeroplan in Canada and Air Miles in Middle East. Before joining Aimia India, Mathew served in leadership roles with JWT, Mudra Communications and Rediffusion Young & Rubicam heading their direct marketing business units – RMG Connect, Rapp India and Wunderman respectively. He also founded Datatalk Services one of the first BPOs in Bangalore in 1994. Prior to his move to direct marketing communication, Mathew worked in mainstream advertising with some of the best communication agencies in the country such as Ogilvy & Mather and on leading brands across verticals from Aviation to Telecom: British Airways, Bru Instant, Manipal Education, Titan Watches, BPL Mobile.
